LookupLab is operated by Everyday Software. By using the service, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy.

Your account

Keep your API key and connected accounts secure. Only submit data you are authorized to check. Do not use LookupLab to harass, track, deceive or unlawfully contact people, or to bypass usage limits.

Checks and credits

Successful checks use credits from your account at the rate shown in the product. The service reserves the maximum possible charge before running a check. Failed or invalid results are not charged. Purchases and subscriptions are made on the LookupLab website; integrations use your existing balance. Review the checkout details before purchasing.

Understanding results

Lookup data can be incomplete, unavailable or outdated. Carrier and caller-name data do not prove identity or consent to contact. Email checks do not guarantee delivery or mailbox ownership. IP location is approximate. You remain responsible for how you use the results.

Service and support

Features and availability may change. We may restrict access for abuse or security issues. For billing questions, account closure or problems with results, contact jude@everydaysoftware.ai.
