Questions

What counts as a credit?

One successful lookup on any core product: phone, email, IP or DNS. If the lookup returns invalid, unknown or an error, it is not charged.

Do credits roll over?

Unused credits roll over for up to three months on any active plan.

Is there a contract or minimum?

No. Monthly plans cancel any time. Annual billing gets two months free.

What about caller name and HLR?

Caller name (CNAM) costs 2 credits. HLR reachability for mobiles costs 3 credits. Both are optional flags on the phone endpoint.

Can I get a higher volume price?

Above one million lookups a month, email us and we will quote per lookup with an SLA.
